Portable Banner Stands Are Very Versatile

Participating in trade shows have become inevitable for companies wanting to showcase their products as they can reach the right trades people at one place. Mere participation is not enough though because you have to design your trade show booth in such a manner as to attract the maximum number of delegates. These stands have tripod feet which may make them heavier and bulkier than the rest but this factor also makes them very stable. Their weight too is not all that much. Amongst the newer and more popular styles of portable banner stands are the lightweight telescoping banner stands. This stand's construction comprises of a central telescopic pole which can be expanded to unfurl the graphic banner at the required height. The added advantage of a telescopic banner stand is that not only can it be expanded to their full height but also to its half height. This half height extension is useful for table top display stands when only the top portion of the graphic banner is required to be visible.

Telescopic banner stands and retractable stands are almost similar except that the latter may sometimes not offer as much flexibility as the former. The retractable stand may only extend to a certain height as the poles come as part of the package and this extended height may only be suitable for a specific size of the banner. It is usually made of aluminum with steel as the base of the stand. The rear pole comes in parts of either two or three. A carrying case is also provided along with the banner stands to make portability simpler.

For displaying graphics, roll up stands are the best. The base of the roll up stand is usually of steel and this base doubles up as the case for the rolled up graphic. After the stand is placed in the booth all that needs to be done is to unfurl the graphic and attach it to the support pole at the rear. At the end of the trade show the graphic can be folded back into the case and put away in the carrying bag.
